Corrosion-resistant plastic-coated steel sheet piles for marine aquaculture ponds; salt- and alkali-resistant and rust-free

Coastal seawater aquaculture pond embankments are subject to erosion from high-salinity environments. Traditional steel sheet piles are prone to rust, concrete is susceptible to weathering, and pure plastic sheet piles lack sufficient strength. Corrosion-resistant plastic-coated steel sheet piles feature a co-extruded structure with a PVC-coated steel core, which completely blocks chloride ions. They do not rust even after long-term immersion in seawater, have a service life of up to 50 years, and require extremely low maintenance costs.

Available in multiple models—including MA, M, and Z—these sheet piles feature interlocking joints that provide excellent leak prevention and high toughness, making them well-suited for soft tidal flat foundations. Their lightweight design enables efficient assembly and installation. The material is non-toxic and does not contaminate aquaculture waters, making it ideal for the construction and renovation of embankments in various coastal aquaculture ponds, such as shrimp and sea cucumber ponds. It serves as a high-quality support material for slope protection and embankments in marine aquaculture.
