Plastic‑Steel Sheet Piles for Temporary Construction Works

Our plastic‑steel sheet piles are composite retaining and water‑retaining products, well‑suited for a wide range of temporary construction projects including temporary cofferdams, shallow foundation pit shoring, ditch barriers and emergency flood‑control enclosures.

Compared with traditional steel sheet piles and masonry cofferdams, these sheet piles feature fast installation, good corrosion resistance and outstanding reusability. Heavy construction machinery is not mandatory for installation; small‑size equipment together with manual work enables quick on‑site assembly, which effectively shortens the construction period for temporary jobs.

Made from high‑quality virgin raw materials, the sheet piles resist rust even under long‑term water immersion or damp‑soil contact. After construction completion, they can be pulled out completely for reuse on subsequent projects, helping customers cut overall project costs while achieving energy‑saving and eco‑friendly performance.

Please note the application restrictions for temporary use. The bending capacity is limited. They are recommended for retaining height within 3 meters. For deeper excavation or higher retaining walls, additional steel waling beams and lateral bracing are required for reinforcement. If your temporary project lasts more than two years, please select versions with UV‑resistant additives to avoid material aging and brittleness. Driving into hard gravel strata is not allowed, to prevent pile damage and inter‑lock leakage.

With proper selection and standard construction, plastic‑steel sheet piles are a highly cost‑effective solution for your temporary water‑retaining and earth‑retaining shoring requirements.
